Passed peacefully away on Monday, July 1st, 2019, Sterling David Bishop, age 71 years.

Predeceased by his mother and father, Edna and Bob Jim Bishop, brothers Willie and Vic, sister Bet brothers-in-law Russell Merchant and Eddy Muise, great nephew Kaiden Little, parents-in-law Max and Irene Janes.

Leaving to celebrate his life and remember the good times with their loving, hard-working, kind, and humorous husband, father, grandfather, and father-in-law, are his devoted wife Gail, cherished sons Peter, Micah, and Daniel, precious grandchildren Anthony, Nathan, Max, Amelia, Ella, and Claire, and his expert card-playing daughters-in-law Brenda, Julia, and Shauna.

Also fondly remembered by brother and work partner Sam (Edith), sisters Stella and Audrey (Wallace), sisters and brothers-in-law Norma, Judy and Roy, Marilyn and Gerald, Randy and Carol,  Len and Margaret and a large number of other relatives and friends, especially Justin, Junior, Ron, Ed, Francis, Frank, Joan and Bobbie.

Visitation to take place at the Church of the Epiphany, Heart's Delight, Thursday 2-4 p.m., and 7-9p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m at Church of the Epiphany. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of the Epiphany Memorial Fund or to the Parkinson Society Newfoundland and Labrador.
