Passed peacefully away at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, St. John's on Thursday Nov 19, Stanley George of Winterton age 69 years. Predeceased by father Arthur.Leaving to mourn wife of 46 years Juanita, Winterton. Two daughters Bonnie (Noel McLeod) St. John's, Wanda (Bruce Adams) Corner Brook, two sons Derrick (Coleen), Winterton and Kenny (Paula) Old Perlican.10 grandchildren.Mother Stella George, Winterton.Two brothers Wilfred(Barbara) St. John's and newman(Jean) Stephenville. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Resting at Greens Funeral Home, Winterton. Visiting hours Friday 10 am - 12 noon, 2 - 4 pm and 7-9 pm, Saturday 10 am -12 noon, Funeral service to take place on Saturday at 3 pm from St. Lukes Anglican Church, Winterton. Interment to follow in St. Lukes Anglican Cemetery Winterton. No flowers by request, deonations may be made to the Alzheimers Society or The Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, Fairhaven Unit.
