Robert Maurice Belbin

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Belbin of New Chelsea on July 22, 2022 at the age of 87 years. Bob passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital following  a lengthy illness. Leaving to mourn his wife Patsy of 52 years, son Richard (Arlene), grandson Jordon (Chelsey), brother Fred (Joyce), and a large circle of nieces and nephews. Bob spent his life working as a carpenter, builder, and served as a sexton in the United Church. He enjoyed being busy, spending time outside, and being with his son Richard. He was always there to lend a hand when needed, and did so with a smile. Bob's quick wit and sense of humour will be sorely missed. In his words "Another one has crossed the river". A private funeral service will he held Tuesday July 26, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton.
