Belben, Rita May (Pynn); It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rita May Belben of New Chelsea announce that she passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday June 13th in her 89th year. She is predeceased by her husband Lloyd, her parents and siblings. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her but she will live on in the memory of those who loved her. She leaves to mourn her loving children; daughter Deborah (Jerry) Weir, son Harrison (Sherry Dawe) and her precious Grandaughter Chantelle Weir, sister in law Phyllis Belben, several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends. Resting at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton. Visiting hours Saturday and Sunday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday June 17th at 2:00 p.m. from Green's Funeral Home.
