• Passed peacefully away at her home in Winterton on Sunday, Febrary16,2020 surrounded by her loving family, our beautiful Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Daughter in law, Nellie Pinhorn aged 69 . Leaving  to mourn her two adoring children and their spouses Alex and Wanda Pinhorn, and Adella and Roger Green, both of Winterton; Nanny's Treasures Leah Pinhorn, Lauren Green and Bradley Green; her wonderful siblings George Bryant (Betty) Carbonear, Florence Stansford (Eldred deceased) Mount Pearl, Blanche Hickey (Bernard Rice deceased) New Perlican, Kathleen Green (Robert) Hant's Harbour, and Patsy Stansford (Terry) New Perlican; father-in-law John Pinhorn, Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear; brother-in-law Wallace Hiscock, Winterton; sister-in-law Donna Pinhorn, Carbonear; and a very large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends whom she loved dearly.

Nellie was predeceased by the love of her life, husband Donald Pinhorn in 1996. They were reunited in heaven on the day of their 52nd wedding anniversary. Also predeceased by her parents Phillip and Gertrude Bryant; mother-in-law Elizabeth Pinhorn; brothers Samuel Bryant and Phillip Bryant; sister Marie Hiscock; and brother-in-law Alex Pinhorn.

Resting at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton. Visitation will take place Thursday, February 20 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at St. Luke's Anglican Church in Winterton on Friday, February 21 at 2pm, with internment to follow at St. Luke's Anglican Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nellie's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
