It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Marlene Elizabeth (Tauscher) Clarke of Brownsdale, age 83 at Carbonear General Hospital.

Pre-deceased by husband: Warren Clarke, parents: Wenzel and Genevieve Tauscher; brothers-in-law: Elihu (Audrey) Clarke and Robert Mignot; sisters-in-law: Margot (Cyril) Pike and Joan (William) Squires

Leaving to mourn with precious memories her daughter: Heidi (Bernard); son: Michael (Susan); sister: Barbara Mignot, with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Thank you to special friends, Claude Button, Donna Bursey, Rita Button, Michel St. Onge, Elizabeth Hatch and nephew, Glenn Squires. The kindness each one of you have shown will not be forgotten, you were always there when help was needed.

Thank you to the nursing and medical staff 6th floor, medicine Carbonear General Hospital for excellent care during her final days.

Cremation has taken place.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton on Friday, June 5 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, June 6 at 2:00 p.m. from Assumption Parish RC Church, Bay de Verde.

Interment to follow at Brownsdale United Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Brownsdale United Church Cemetery fund.
