Passed away peacefully in the arms of her family on September 13th at Dr. AA Wilkinson Memorial Hospital Margaret Yvonne Short of Hant's Harbour. Pre-deceased by her parents Pheobe and Jabez Hopkins; her in-laws Wesley and Marion Short; sister-in-law and brother in-law Shirley and Alfred Button; nephew Roger Button. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories husband Carman; daughter Tracey (Ken)Holloway of Guelph, Ontario; son Perry (Dana) Short of Victoria, NL; grandchildren Jamie Harnum ( Caroline Swan); Bradley (Alayna) Harnum ; Philip (Krista)Holloway ; Stephen (Stephanie)Holloway ; Joshua (Kathryn) Holloway; great grandchildren Blythe; Luke, William and Sam; sister-in-law Judy Button (Boyd Hopkins) and Daisy (Bob)Burden; along with a large number of nieces, nephews, friends, and support workers. Visitation on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 ; Funeral will take place from the Salvation Army, Winterton on Monday September 16th at 2 pm; interment to follow at Salvation Army Cemetery Hant's Harbour. In lieu flowers donations in her memory can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Salvation Army Lower Trinity Corps. Resting at Greens Funeral Home, Winterton. Visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Monday 10-11:30 am with funeral service to follow at 2 pm from the Salvation Army Citadel, Winterton. Interment at Salvation Army Cemetery Hant's Harbour.
