It is with saddened hearts that the family of Jehu Green announce his passing at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday October 24, age 82 years.Leaving to mourn with cherished memories his wife Annie, devoted wife of 61 years, son Jeffrey(Joanne),daughters Mary Blanche(Gary) Hiscock and Marina(Francis) Piercey.Granddaughter Michelle (Craig) Tuck, grandsons Todd(Lori)Hiscock,and Colin(Jennifer) Hiscock,great grandchildren Brandon & Nicholas Hiscock,Jacob& Noah Hiscock,Ryan &Gina Tuck. sisters Beulah(Melvin), Marguerite(Jacques),brothers Raymond(Joan), Everett(Geraldine), Melvin(Jessie), sisters in law Bertha,Margaret & Livie Green, Annie & Greta Banton, brother in law Gordon Banton, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Predeceased by special great granddaughter Janna Grace Hiscock 2004, and many relatives of the Green and Banton families.Funeral Service to be held at St. Luke's Anglican Church &Cemetery, Winterton at 2:00 pm on Monday October 27, 2008.
