Passed peacefully away on September 27 at the Dr. A.A. Wilkinson Health Centre in Old Perlican, Frederick Winfield Green of Hant's Harbour in his 86th year.

Fred is pre-deceased by parents Bertha and Ariel Green and his partner of 30 years Stella Rumbolt.

He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Olive; sister Gertie (Leonard) Pelley; brother John (Myrtle) Soper; nephew Derick (Hollie) Green; great-nephew Todd (Cindy) Green and children Morgan and Riley; step-children Darlene (Paul) Coates and children Suzanne, Sarah (Brad)and Riley;  Pauline (Earl Boyd) Ash and children Stephen (Hayley) and Melissa (son Declan); and Allison (Rick) Ash and daughter Kendall; Step-Daughter-in-Law Bev (Troy) and children Roger, Melanie, Ava and Travis; Brothers-in-Law Bill (Jane), Frank (Shirley) and Gerald (Gail); Sister-in-Law Florence; and children and grandchildren of the Rumbolt family as well as many other relatives and friends.

Resting at Green's Funeral Home in Winterton with visitation from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.  and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Funeral Service will take place on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. from the Lower Trinity Corps of the Salvation Army at Winterton with internment at the United Church Cemetery in Hant's Harbour.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
