Jacobs Delphine, Passed peacefully away after a lengthy illness, at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital in St. John's on November 23, 2023, Delphine Jessie Jacobs (Butler), aged 82 years.  Predeceased by her loving husband Albert Jacobs, Sr; parents Wilbert and Sophie Butler; brother John Butler; sisters Jean Thomas and Pearl Evans, and beloved daughter Wavey Dove.  Leaving to mourn, two sons, Max Jacobs of St. John's, Albert Jacobs (Susan Whelan) of Goulds; two daughters, Juanita Herrell and Joy Jacobs of Goulds; nine grandchildren, Shannon, Kyla, Robin, Mandy, Joelle, Josh, Michaela, Nathan, and Aaron; 14 great-grandchildren, Joshua, Conway, Warren, Zoe, Alyssa, Brooklyn, Elizabeth, Liam, Isabella, Cian, Kellan, Holland, Elliot, and Lacey.  Also leaving to mourn many more beloved family members and good friends. Resting at Greens FuneralHome, Winterton on Tuesday Nov 28 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday Nov 29 at 11 am  from Salvation Army Citadel, Water St , Carbonear. Interment  to follow at SA  Cemetery in Hants Harbour.  Because the family are recovering from Covid they will be wearing masks and they encourage anyone attending the visitation or the funeral to please wear a mask.
