It is with heavy hearts the family of Chesley Robert Peddle of New Perlican, has watched him set sail for the high seas on July 27, 2020, at the age of 86. Predeceased by wife Myrtle, parents Elijah and Dorothy, step-mother Frances, brother Calvin, sister-in-law Margaret, and son-in-law Wayne Green. Leaving to mourn seven children who loved him dearly: Sylvia Green, Bob (Connie), Debbie Garland (Carl), Bonnie Andrews (Kevin), Boyd (Tina), Brian (Deanna), Brad (Lynette). He will be dearly missed by his 25 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Also, leaving behind his bothers John (Alethia), Winston (Giselle), Larry (Maxine), Olive Doreen Jeffers (Bill), Daphne Devries (Randy), Ruth Roper (Jim - deceased), Marina Regular (Bernard - deceased), and sisters-in-law Bertha Conway, Susie Smith, Emma Piercey (Melvin), Ruth Burridge (Peter), and Anne Legge. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He will be truly missed by his very dear friend, Max Piercey. A special thank you to home care worker, an angel from heaven, and "First Mate", Sandi Coates. Your compassion and kindness over these past few months has been so very much appreciated. Dad, Pop, Poppy Ches.... we will miss your sense of humour and story-telling. You were the ultimate fish finder.
