Passed peacefully away at Callingwood Downs Retirement Home on February 14th, 2025, Allan Thomas of Clarkes Beach, formerly of Hant's Harbour, age 83 years.

Predeceased by son: Gregory Charles; parents: Charles and Florence; and cousin: Betty Ash.

Leaving to mourn, wife of 56 years, Bonny; daughter: Angela Benson; son: Gordon; grandchildren: Christopher and Davan; cousins: Christine French and Joy Parrott; special friends: Calvin and Geraldine Tuck, and Johnny and Jeanette Critch; also a large number of other relatives and friends.

Allan will always be remembered as a quiet man who loved hard work - cutting wood, gardening, and landscaping. When not working outside, he was busy in the kitchen turning out all kinds of baked goods. He experienced the joy of giving as he shared with family and friends, and was affectionately known as "the muffin man". He dearly loved his family and was loved by all who knew him. He always brought a chuckle with his dry sense of humor.

Although we greatly mourn the loss of our wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, we will be forever comforted by the assurance he gave us that we will meet again, as he spoke confidently these precious words, "Safe in the arms of Jesus".

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the kind and caring staff at Callingwood Downs and all our dear friends who have shared in our sorrow. Special thanks to Pastor Jamie Burton for conducting the funeral service as well as all those who helped in any way. With broken hearts, we will forever cherish our precious memories until we all gather at Jesus' feet.
