Passed peacefully away at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on April 1, 2024, Alice Green of Hant's Harbour, age 92 years

Predeceased by husband: Vince; daughter: Brenda; parents: Pascoe and Susie Squires; brother: Frank (Ruth) Squires.

Leaving to mourn, daughter: Beverly (Barry) Hatch; son: Don (Gail); 6 grandchildren: Nadine (Forrest), Carlene (Danny), Brenda (Colin), Danielle (Stefan), Andrea (Chris), and Andrew (Krista); 8 great-grandchildren: 3 brothers: Bill (Joan-deceased) Squires, Don (Nellie) Squires, and Max (Elsie) Squires; sister: Rose (Hal-deceased) Somers; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton on Thursday, April 4 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday April 5 at 11:00 a.m. from Calvary Pentecostal Church, Hant's Harbour. Interment in the Hant's Harbour United Cemetery.
